Certificate Signing Request

The first step we need to do is to generate an OTP from the floor platform. Once generated, you will need to enter this OTP in our portal.

Once the OTP is generated, the next stage is to create CSR (Certificate Signing Request). To do this you will need to enter the following information.

• TIN/Taxpayer Branch if you are using a group VAT then a 10 digit TIN number needs to be provided here. If not, then a free text field is provided

• Country Code enter Saudi Arabia over here

• Location A free text field with your company’s main address

• Industry A free text field with your company’s industry domain

• Select what type of invoices your organization would be generate (Simplified, Standard or Both)

If your request is successful then ZATCA would return a compliance cryptographic stamp Identifier (CSID).
