ZATCA Onboarding

The onboarding shows the status of the onboarding process for a given VAT or Address with ZATCA. To view the status between the both you will be able to toggle between using the “VAT” and “Address” buttons.

VAT onboarding status of all the sub-organizations within your account. Invoice can be generated via the online APIs post-completion.

Address the onboarding status of all the utilities which are installed in your local environments. Invoices can be generated via the APIs exposed by the offline utility post onboarding.

The onboarding process steps are common when you do it via the website or during the utility installation. Before you onboard your VAT in our portal you will need to register the VAT in ZATCAs fatoora portal. This is essential as during the onboarding process you will need to generate an OTP via the fatoora portal.
